Returns & Exchanges
Please carefully check your order for correct size, shipping information, and other important details, before completing your purchase.
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or other buyer’s remorse.
Because our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returned merchandise for these reasons. Please carefully review the product description and size chart before placing your order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can review it and determine the appropriate resolution.
If the issue is confirmed to be a production or fulfillment error, we will arrange for a replacement or other appropriate resolution at no additional cost to you.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address:
If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping costs may apply if a replacement shipment is requested.
Lost or Unclaimed Packages:
If a package is lost in transit, please contact us so we can investigate the shipment and determine the appropriate resolution.
Packages that are returned because they are unclaimed or because of an incorrect address may require additional shipping costs to be reshipped.
