Thank you for shopping with Happy Legaling. Our products are made to order and produced specifically for you after your order is placed.
Please review this Shipping Policy before completing your purchase.
MADE-TO-ORDER FULFILLMENT
Happy Legaling apparel is produced and fulfilled through a third-party print-on-demand fulfillment partner.
Because products are made to order, production time occurs before your order is shipped.
Production and shipping times may vary based on:
- product availability;
- order volume;
- destination;
- shipping method;
- carrier delays;
- holidays;
- weather;
- customs; and
- other circumstances outside of Happy Legaling’s control.
Any estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed during checkout.
Happy Legaling may offer free standard shipping on qualifying orders of $200 or more.
Any free-shipping offer is subject to the eligibility and shipping options displayed at checkout.
ORDER TRACKING
When tracking information becomes available, it will be provided using the contact information associated with your order.
Please allow time for the shipping carrier to update tracking information after your order has been fulfilled.
SHIPPING ADDRESS RESPONSIBILITY
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.
Please carefully review your:
- street address;
- apartment, suite, or unit number;
- city;
- state;
- ZIP or postal code; and
- country
before completing checkout.
If you discover an error after placing your order, contact Happy Legaling immediately.
We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered production or fulfillment.
INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES
Happy Legaling is not responsible for delivery problems caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable address supplied by the customer.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, reshipment may be available.
The customer may be responsible for any additional production, handling, or shipping costs associated with reshipping the order.
LOST-IN-TRANSIT PACKAGES
If your order has not arrived and tracking does not indicate successful delivery, please contact Happy Legaling as soon as possible.
To allow us sufficient time to investigate and submit an eligible claim with our fulfillment provider, please report a suspected lost-in-transit shipment within 14 calendar days after the estimated delivery date.
In all cases, a lost-in-transit issue must be reported no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.
Before approving a replacement or refund, we may ask you to:
- confirm the shipping address used for the order;
- review the tracking history;
- check with your local post office or carrier; or
- provide other information reasonably necessary to investigate the shipment.
If the shipment is confirmed as lost and qualifies under our fulfillment provider’s policies, Happy Legaling may arrange a replacement or refund.
PACKAGES MARKED DELIVERED
If carrier tracking indicates that your package was successfully delivered but you cannot locate it, please first:
- Confirm that the shipping address on your order is correct.
- Check all entrances, porches, mailrooms, parcel lockers, and other delivery locations.
- Check with household members, neighbors, front-desk personnel, or property management.
- Contact the shipping carrier or local post office regarding the delivery.
Packages confirmed by the carrier as successfully delivered generally do not qualify as lost-in-transit orders.
Happy Legaling does not guarantee a complimentary replacement or refund for packages that carrier tracking confirms were successfully delivered.
DELAYS
Shipping and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but may be affected by circumstances outside of Happy Legaling’s control.
Happy Legaling is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, customs delays, labor disruptions, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
If we become aware of a significant fulfillment problem affecting your order, we will make reasonable efforts to provide updated information.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International shipments, when available, may be subject to customs processing, duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated at checkout, customers are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, customs charges, or import fees.
Customs processing may also affect estimated delivery times.
